Amy Moritt, Vice President, Marketing and Design Coordinator
Ms. Moritt joined Cal-Coast in 1993 as Design Center Coordinator and eventually became Director of Marketing and Sales of Residential Development. A graduate of USC, Ms. Moritt has also attended UCLA School of Interior Design and holds a California Salesperson Real estate License since 1998. For the past 16 years Ms. Moritt has worked on all design aspects of our residential and commercial projects including: selection of all standard and upgrade materials, exterior finishes, and finishes and furnishing. In addition to Ms. Moritt’s design duties, she has directed the marketing and sales efforts for all Cal-Coast’s projects, overseeing the creation of renderings and artwork, brochure layout, print advertisements and PR stories.
