Scott D. Cooper, Director of Acquisitions
Mr. Cooper joined Cal-Coast in 2011 as Director of Acquisitions. Mr. Cooper obtained his Masters in Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California in 2006 and graduated with Honors in Finance. Mr. Cooper was then employed for American Realty Advisors, a pension fund advisory, where he underwrote over $500MM in opportunistic investments involving both core and value-added retail, office, industrial and multifamily transactions that contributed to a national pension fund advisory portfolio of $4B. Mr. Cooper began his career as a commercial broker with Johnson Controls where he completed over 120 office, retail, and industrial lease transactions. Mr. Cooper graduated from the University of Southern California where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship.
